ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

To keep our price competitive, and the shipping costs as low as possible, assembly is required. furthermore many people opt for a dedicated game room Please check our youtube channel for detailed instructions.
We can, however we limit such to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany up to 200 km from the Dutch border. Please contact us to discuss your wishes and we will make an offer depending on travel distance, installation site and chosen configuration.

Might there be delay, is the installation site difficult to reach/access or work in, or might there be any other issue resulting in delay out of our control, we will of course help you out and deal with it as good as possible, however charge you a fair hourly rate as compensation. We are not responsible for your game platform. This includes PC, operating system, all your peripherals like wheel and pedals, all software, drivers and plugins.
Our operation is fully based in the Netherlands, and we have no issues in both our own company and at our suppliers. During installation at your premises, we will only send one technician who will follow local guidelines. This will include disinfect his hands regularly, he will keep 1,5m distance towards you and others, and will wear a suitable mask. We will ask at your end to follow local guidelines as well to protect our personnel. Disclaimer: of course the situation might deteriorate. This is not under our control of course. We will always follow local regulation.

We expect to expand our range as our business is growing and we have more distributors. Contact us for the current situation. If we cant do it for you, we would recommend you to see if there are persons around you to help. Its not rocket science, we have proper video guidelines and if you stumble somewhere we will provide you with videocall support.
No, its not! This is a complete motion system and everything is well thought out. The assembly is needed
The sim occupies a surface area of 200x200cm. A minimum space of 250x250 cm is required, we recommend at least 250x300cm for comfort. The sim including our 3 screen setup is 180cm high when in middle/default position, and can reach 210cm at the most extreme position. We recommend at least 220cm height.
The main frame on which the seat is placed, is the single heaviest and largest part. Its 150x120x70cm and 25 kg. So far we haven't encountered a door, stairs or elevator trough which this doesn't fit, but please verify if this at your location. The safest way is to make a cardboard mockup and just try it. You can find the exact dimensions and examples in the technical section. Currently we are working on a version which has a 2-piece main frame which can be bolted together. This will definitely fit trough anything except a mailbox. All other parts are much smaller and lighter.
The simulator is 250 kg and needs 4 m2. Including the maximal permissible payload at maximum acceleration forces, this would be the equivalent of 500 kgf resulting in a load of 125kg/m2. For almost all buildings this is below the rated load. Its the equivalent of 3-4 adults standing together and jump, which is almost nowhere an issue. If you have wooden support beams as main floor construction, we don't recommend that since the dynamic load of the machine might result in issues. When in doubt, contact your local expert. To be sure, check the maximum capacity of the floor.
The linear cylinders make a distinct noise, which is during racing not noticeable since the game audio is much more apparent. We could use plastic bearings and rubber parts to insulate this a bit, but at the expense of stability and durability. This was not a compromise we wanted to make. In reality this is not an issue for the majority. Some younger people notice a soft high pitched noise, which is the 20kHz frequency on which the servo drives operates. This is normal.
Any room which meets the space requirements will work. However you might want to consider those around you who might not enjoy this so much hour after hour day after day week after week 🙂
That works too, if it meets the space requirements. However if the temperature drops in wintertime below 10 'C, we don't recommend that for both driver and sim. The sim should not be used below 0'C
Fortunately, no! Connection and setup is easy and comes with detailed instruction.

OPTIONS

There is no reason VR wouldnt work in combination with our setup, it definitely does. However, in our opinion VR today has limitations which impact the experience. It's notoriously unstable and difficult to setup properly. Many people experience nausea because of VR, regardless of being used in a moving sim or stationary sim. For that reason we wont offer a turn-key solution. We believe VR will in the future can be a serious option, its just not there yet. We recommend a "try before you buy" session using a racing application at your local store and judge for yourself. Couple of laps and you will know.
VR Please note our "do your support VR" topic. We dont supply this option. We are compatible though. Single wall mounted screen setup Just place the sim in front of a screen. This would be the most cost effective solution. That the sim moves and the screens do not, is not so much of an issue. We will only supply this as part of a turn key package, contact us for information. projector This is possible, and results in a large display area. Most logical setup would be ceiling mounted. Proper HD projectors with a strong beam are fairly expensive, and now prices of large LED screens are dropping its good to compare those options. We will not supply this option. We are compatible though. triple freestanding screen setup Place 3 large monitors on a stand and you will exceed the capabilities of a projector for sure. This is a solid option for people that don't mind the price tag. We will only supply this as part of a turn key package, Contact us for information. triple cockpit screen setup Our favorite! It results in a submerged cockpit feeling. We feature 3 curved QHD 32" screens with 144Hz refresh rate and only 1ms latency. Doesn't get better then this!
We currently dont offer this solution. the screen would be too small to use as wall or stand mounted, while mounted on the rig this would be smaller then the triple cockpit screen If you still want this, we could tailor this solution for you. Please contact us to discuss the options.
Virtually any pedal set will fit, providing it has surface mounting points. These will be bolted directly onto the foot plate, to be done by us or yourself. We will only supply this as part of a turn key package, Contact us for information. Heusinkveld sprint 2-3 pedal This is our preferred choice. Proper gear for an attractive price. We will only supply this as part of a turn key package, Contact us for information. Heusinkveld ultimate 2-3 pedal For the professional. We will only supply this as part of a turn key package, Contact us for information. For all the heusinkveld options we recommend and can provide a dedicated high strength alloy mounting plate. We also have a generic plate for other pedals, mounting holes to be drilled by you. These mounting plates are not suitable for integrated pedal boxes like thrustmaster since those need to be mounted directly on the foot plate for maximum support. We can also supply you with a heel plate compatible with all heusinkveld options, which is solid brushed stainless steel to keep your sim from scratch marks, and enable height adjustment. These mounting plates are not suitable for integrated pedal boxes like thrustmaster since they already have an integrated heel plate.
Because of the unique wing construction any steering wheel can be mounted, even wheels suitable for table mounting using clamps. You have it, it fits! We however recommend a direct drive force feedback steering wheel that can be bolted down. It enhances the experience, and it will be stable and safe. We are recommending the Simagic M10 option as good value for money, any other direct drive wheel is compatible, We will only supply this as part of a turn key package, Contact us for information.
Currently we dont offer options to fix those to the sim. We are considering add-ons in a later stage which will definitely fit the current and previous sim. The wing style steering wheel mounting plate offers loads of space to add whatever you might think off. Show us your setup for inspiration and you might be eligible to a discount!
We feel a 2 pedal setup with F1 style paddle gear box is ideal for an overall good experience. For the diehard manual gear shift fans and the professionals looking for the last bit of laptime, a sequential or H pattern shifter is an option. Currently we dont offer options to fix those to the sim. We are considering add-ons in a later stage which will definitely fit the current and previous sim. Show us your setup for inspiration and you might be eligible to a discount!
For drifting and rally a handbrake is needed. Currently we dont offer options to fix those to the sim. We are considering add-ons in a later stage which will definitely fit the current and previous sim. Show us your setup for inspiration and you might be eligible to a discount!
Any sound system compatible with your PC will work. Speakers can be placed on the floor or mounted at the wall, depending on your preference. A headphone is a good option. We can also supply you with a stereo or surround system mounted on the sim for the most immersive and accurate experience.
We deliver the seat frame in a variety of color options, based on the popular F1 colors. - Dutch / McLaren orange - Mercedes silver - Mercedes black - Ferrari / alfa romeo red - Renault yellow - Red bull dark blue - Haas / Alpha Tauri / Williams white - Racing point pink All the other parts are mainly black as can be seen under "gallery". On request we can customize in the turn-key package.
Because of the industrial grade rubber feet the sim can be placed on virtual any surface and do as little damage as shoes would. For maximum grip and that extra racy look we can supply you with a checkered flag industrial grade floor.
Yes! It features the park button, online/offline toggle switch and a safety emergency switch just in case somebody unexpectedly enters the surroundings of the sim. The emergency button can also be used as an escape on a imminent crash, which we discourage. If you mess up, take the hit!
Currently we offer shown QSP seat which is actually used in racing cars. It offers adjustment, comfort and safety. We offer a 4point safety harness as well in various colors. It enhances safety and comfort while adding to the experience. We can deliver the sim without a seat which enables you to choose your own. As part of the turn-key package we can integrate this for you as well.
A F1 seat only supports the body, not the head. Head protection is integrated in the F1 car itself and the bracket they all wear interfaces with that. Since our simulator can deliver considerable G forces we rely on actual racing seats which offer proper side impact protection. This protection will be maximized when wearing a helmet. In the software you are able to choose a more F1 style reclined position if that is to your preference.
Definitely! This is part of our philosophy. Most sim racers already have a setup which they are used to, and are invested in. Some of the cheaper sims use control input to move the sim, so they dont give you that option. We do not! We take real time telemetry directly out of the games which will be used to calculate sim movement so it doesn't matter which controls you are using. The motion software itself has very low processor and memory requirements, so this can run on any game PC. No need to an upgrade because of our sim, and no need for a dedicated motion control PC which adds to costs and introduces connectivity issues and latency.
We are a motion simulator company, not an eracing webshop. But most importantly, we deliver sims Europe wide which also means we would need to arrange remote support and warranty which is just not practical that way: not for you and not for us. 9 out of 10 times we have a support ticket, it concerns the peripherals we didn't manufacture and not our simulator. If you buy the compatible accessories locally, you can count on local support for those .
